Created in Puerto Rico by the famous Ramón “Monchito” Marrero in 1954, the piña colada quickly became an icon in bars across the world. Named for Hemingway’s beloved estate on the outskirts of Havana, Cuba, this grapefruit daiquiri echoes one of his favorite cocktails from the famed bar El Floridita. Muddy River Silver Carolina Rum, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur, Fresh Grapefruit, and Lime Juice, Organic Cane Syrup.
El Presidente $12
Named in honor of Cuban President Mario García Menocal (cir. 1915), this cocktail is a direct descendant of Prohibition’s affair with Cuba. Queen Charlotte’s Reserve Rum, Dolin Vermouth Blanc, Cointreau, House Grenadine.

El Titán de Bronce $11
Cuba’s most famous general, Antonio Maceo Grajales, was wounded some 25 times by blades and bullets as he fought to liberate Cuba from Spain. Tall, strong, and fearless, he was beloved by his men, who called him “The Bronze Titan.” Though he didn’t drink, we like to think he’d appreciate our spin on an Old Fashioned: balanced, spirit-forward, unforgettable. Our version of the Florida Special #6—a spin on the Manhattan— is named for the famous bartender Constantino Ribalaigua Vert who invented many of Cuba’s renowned cocktails before and during Prohibition. Redemption Rye, Red Vermouth, Cointreau, Amer Copa, Angostura Bitters.

Named for one of Mexico's most famous pieces of classical music, this cocktail celebrates the beloved style of music introduced by Cuban diaspora who fled the 10 Years' War. Smoke from the Mezcal and caramel notes from the rum make a perfect pairing for Spring and Summer evenings. Sombra Mezcal, Zaya Rum, Organic Cane Syrup, Angostura Bitters.
Papa Bull Margarita $13
Named for our house-made hot sauce and its namesake, this margarita strikes the perfect balance of heat, smoke, and bright citrus. Sombra Mezcal, Sauza Tequila, Cointreau, Fresh Lime Juice, Papa Bull Hot Sauce.
While Sangria is a Spanish classic, our version gives the nod to our Cuban roots with the addition of pineapple, which brightens up the drink. Red Wine, E&J Brandy, Grand Marnier, Campari, Fresh Lemon and Pineapple Juice, Pineapple Syrup.
Brazil’s national cocktail, the Caipirinha, is thought to have originated in São Paulo. Its name translates to “little countryside drink.” Leblon Cachaça, Muddled Limes, Organic Cane Syrup.
