We offer a sugar-free syrup that can be substituted in most of our cocktails.

A holiday staple in Puerto Rico, Coquito is a creamy, rich cocktail not unlike egg nog—perfect for cooler weather. White Rum, Cream of Coconut, Coconut Milk, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Nutmeg.

Mojito  $10
Legendary. Iconic. The Mojito is the undeniable figurehead of Cuban cocktail culture. Silver Rum, Fresh Mint, Fresh Lime Juice, Organic Cane Syrup, Club Soda.

Daiquiri  $11
We sought out the original recipe from El Floridita and present it to you as it was first made nearly 100 years ago. Barbancourt White Rhum Agricole, Fresh Lime Juice, Organic Cane Syrup.

Hotel Nacional  $11
The Hotel Nacional de Cuba stood as one of the premier destinations in the world. Its namesake cocktail captures the opulence of 1930s Havana. Aged Rum, House Apricot-Infused Brandy, Fresh Pineapple Juice, Fresh Lime Juice, Organic Cane Syrup.

El Presidente  $12
Named in honor of Cuban President Mario García Menocal (cir. 1915), this cocktail is a direct descendant of Prohibition’s affair with Cuba. Queen Charlotte’s Reserve Rum, Dolin Blanc Vermouth, Cointreau, House Grenadine.

Canchanchara  $11
Canchanchara was originally drunk by the guerilla freedom fighters during the 10 Years War of Cuban independence. Served in a clay cup handmade in Cuba. NC Fair Game Sorghum Cane Spirit, Fresh Lime Juice, Southern Honey.

Finca Vigía  $11
Named for Hemingway’s beloved estate on the outskirts of Havana, Cuba, this grapefruit daiquiri echoes one of his favorite cocktails from the famed bar El Floridita. Muddy River Silver Carolina Rum, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur, Fresh Grapefruit, and Lime Juice, Organic Cane Syrup.

Cuba Libre  $9
A classic rum and coke deconstructed and rebuilt to properly honor the spirited battle cry of the Spanish American freedom fighters. NC Fair Game Amber Rum, Fresh Lime Juice, Mexican Coca-Cola.

La Diosa Negra  $14
Ursula Lambert was a Haitian woman who moved to Cuba in the 1800s and instituted reforms so radical that people, awed by her power, said she must be a “Black Goddess.” This cocktail celebrates 4 great Cuban loves: coffee, rum, tobacco, and strong women. Muddy River Spiced Carolina Rum, Damn Fine Coffee Liqueur, Orange Bitters, Haitian Vanilla, Organic Cane Sugar, Cuban Tobacco Smoke.


Una Rosa Blanca  $13
Jose Martí remains Cuba’s most beloved national hero. His poetry and political ideals have captured people’s hearts for generations. Our cocktail honors one of his most famous poems, in which he offers the white rose of peace to friend and enemy alike. Conniption American Dry Gin, Elderflower Liqueur, Ana de Cordoniu Cava, Fresh Lemon and Lime Juice, Organic Cane Syrup, Rose Water.

Carolina Tonic  $12
Our Spanish-style Gin and Tonic celebrates the bounty of North Carolina. Conniption Navy Strength Gin, Housemade Tonic, Fresh Lime Juice, Local Fruits and Herbs.


El Titán de Bronce  $11
Cuba’s most famous general, Antonio Maceo Grajales, was wounded some 25 times by blades and bullets as he fought to liberate Cuba from Spain. Tall, strong, and fearless, he was beloved by his men, who called him “The Bronze Titan.” Though he didn’t drink, we like to think he’d appreciate our spin on an Old Fashioned: balanced, spirit-forward, unforgettable. Aged Rum, Rye Whiskey, Pineapple Syrup, Angostura Bitters.

Constantino  $12
Our version of the Florida Special #6—a spin on the Manhattan—is named for one of history’s greatest bartenders, Constantino Ribalaigua Vert, who created many of Cuba’s renowned cocktails before and during Prohibition, including this one. Redemption Rye, La Copa Sweet Vermouth, Cointreau, Amer Copa, Angostura Bitters.


Danzon No. 2  $13 
Named for one of Mexico's most famous pieces of classical music, this cocktail celebrates the beloved style of music introduced by Cuban diaspora who fled the 10 Years' War. Smoke from the Mezcal and caramel notes from the rum make a perfect pairing for Spring and Summer evenings. Mezcal, Aged Rum, Organic Cane Syrup, Angostura Bitters.

Papa Bull Margarita $13
Named for our house-made hot sauce and its namesake, this margarita strikes the perfect balance of heat, smoke, and bright citrus.  Mezcal, Tequila, Cointreau, Fresh Lime Juice, Papa Bull Hot Sauce.


Sangria  $11 
While Sangria is a Spanish classic, our version gives the nod to our Cuban roots with the addition of pineapple, which brightens up the drink. Red Wine, Brandy, Grand Marnier, Campari, Fresh Lemon and Pineapple Juice, Pineapple Syrup.

Caipirinha  $10
Brazil’s national cocktail, the Caipirinha, is thought to have originated in São Paulo. Its name translates to “little countryside drink.” Cachaça, Muddled Limes, Organic Cane Syrup.

Sustainable practices. This extremely versatile tempranillo boasts aromas of mature red fruit with a core of spice and delicate liquorice hints. The wine is complex, well structured, fresh and fruity. A perfect match for fish, red and white meats, roasted vegetables, and even cheeses.

GR-174, Priorat, Spain, Blend  $12 / $34
GR-174 is the name of the lovely path that crosses Priorat and makes for memorable hiking. If you could concentrate in a bottle the ripe fruits, aromas, and the minerality of its terroir, the result would be a wine like this. A blend of Garnatxa, Carinyena and Cabernet Sauvignon grown on river stone and aged for five months in French oak.

Finca El Origen, Mendoza, Argentina, Malbec Reserva  $11 / $32
With an attractive and intense violet color, this 100% high elevation Malbec displays ripe red fruit aromas such as plums and red and black cherries, with a strong floral presence perfectly combined with vanilla and chocolate.

A bold red wine with a deep color and wintense notes of ripe plums, black currants, and dark chocolate, along with firm tannic structure and pronounced acidity. This makes the perfect pairing for lamb, beef, and cheeses.

Fraga do Corvo, Valle de Monterrei, Spain, Mencia  $30
Organic cultivation. A classic Mencia wine with aromas of blackberries and red currents. Spicy notes of black pepper and a hint of vanilla balance the fruit.

Chacra, Barda, Patagonia, Pinot Noir  $50
Pure, minerally and powerful, with concentrated flavors of red plum and dried raspberry, loaded with powerful meaty notes. Sandalwood accents linger on the finish, showing caressing tannins. Produced from Chacra’s youngest vineyards, Barda has a strong and character and is intended to be a perfect companion for most foods.
